Using "Windows Remote Assistance"

NOTES: There are alternative software like AnyDesk or similar.


If there is a problem with your computer, it might sometimes be appropriate to ask for assistance.
You can use Windows Remote Assistance to invite someone to connect to your computer and help, wherever you are.

Procedure:


1. To open Remote Assistance, click the Start button Picture of the Start button, choose
All Programs, and then Maintenance Windows Remote Assistance.


2. Follow the instructions.
