My host was suspended

A hosting service is suspended in some of the following cases (for a full list please refer to the contract signed on the purchase of https://macronetwork.eu/tos.pdf ):
• If you make a direct or indirect actions of spam;
• If you make phishing actions directly or indirectly;
• Abuse of resources, that is, if the scripts become an active part of the fact causing the crash inside the server;
• Attempts to breach computer systems of Macro Network and / or third parties;
• Violation of copyright by publishing material without consent of the owner;
• Use the web space provided, as a file repository.

In each of these cases the cPanel account will be suspended and the user is notified via email.

You may ask for reactivation of the hosting service by ticket only once.

If the issue were to occur again because of the failings of the owner of the service you will be permanently suspended without possibility of reactivation.

• Other causes of suspension may be as follows:
• It was not the payment of the renewal invoice on time
• In case of non-payment the data and domains will be deleted from the servers after 5 days without any right to any refund.
