Remote Assistance

In some cases the best way to solve a problem is to ask someone to show its solution.
Remote Assistance is a convenient way to allow technical support personnel, to connect to the computer and explain in detail how to solve a problem, wherever you are.
To ensure that the connection to the computer is available only to people invited by Remote Assistance, all sessions are encrypted and password protected.

With some simple steps you can use an instant message or e-mail to invite someone to connect to your computer and help.
After establishing the connection, the invited person can view the screen of the computer of the applicant and communicate with them.
If authorized, the carer can use the mouse or the keyboard of his computer to control the computer of the applicant and explain him how to solve a problem.
